February Sketch Challenge from Bizzy Bec

Alright ladies this is my very first card entry for the Bizzy Bec's Feb. 2011 sketch challenge or anybody's challenge for that matter.  Let me just say; although I had a sketch, this was hard (can you tell I'm a novice?).  I must have changed the colors and theme 2-3x before I found one I really liked. I have to thank my dear friend Lesi (pronounced Leesee), who is forever encouraging me to enter the challenges; so this one is for Lesi-thanks my sistah!  By-the-way wait til' you see some of Lesi's cards.   Thanks for looking. 

P.S. It took me 8+ hours to set my blog up this far.  I will surly stick to Nursing, a computer whiz I am not!!!

Paper: Whisper White cs (Stampin' UP!) , printed cs (DCWV; Mariposa), Prima flowers, Pearl Flourish (Recollection brand), Satin Whisper White 5/8" ribbon (Stampin' UP!), Oval Nesti, Crystal Effect (for the pattened leather shoes, not sure if you tell), White and Gold Jelly Roll Pens, and  Copic Markers. There is also a hidden heart on the card, can you see it?
