Olympic Metals

Howdy folks!
Back today with a super cute project (if I do say so myself... and I do...lol).  This is a project that I did for work.  I am apart of the Team Building Committee at work and we are having our own Olympics.  I am the creative person on the team, so I designed some really simple and quick metals for our winning Olympians.    For this project I used some card stock I got from JoAnn Fabrics- the colours are absolutely perfect!!!  Gold, Silver, and Bronze metallic.  I used the medium eyelets that came with my Crop-A-Dile Big Bite, they matched the metallic CS.  I used the Spellbinder Parisian Motifs die and the classic circles die.  The Olympic Rings is a clip art from the internet the other words I did in MS Word. The ribbon is some sheer and sheer with satin I got from Michael's and JoAnn.  I had to make 36 metals total (12 of each colour) and I did it all in about 8 hours.

Love Puzzle Card

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to drop a few lines to show this cute little die that I have had in my stash for a couple of years but have never thought to use (until now).  I had to think of a quick and simple project for the Mema's Crafts February Challenge .  The theme is of course "Love" and your entry doesn't have to be the traditional colours of red, pink, and white either.  However, to keep it simple I choose the word "LOVE" which is a Digi Stamps 4Joy image and since red is my faaaaaavorite colour I kept with tradition.  I used some Stampin Up! Real Red CS; Harelquin Script patterned paper by Paper Studios (Hobby Lobby); Neenah Classic Card for printing my image; Copics to colour, and a QuicKutz 4x4 "Puzzle" die.   Well, thanks for stopping by, have a great day and GO BRONCOS!
