Now, this little project I had to develop from scratch, only because
what I saw wasn’t quite what I had in mind.
I wanted something that was specific to the gift to be given. I didn’t have a whole lot of time so, I had
to reel my mind in a little bit. I didn’t even have enough time to research
YouTube! This is where being familiar with the concept
of making a box from scratch came in handy!!! Once you get the basics of how to construct and decorate a box, you are good-to-go
on most any box. You can find all kinds
of tutorials on YouTube, that’s where I got my PhD in Crafting; YouTube
University…lol
Here are some pictures of what I came up with… A little box to hold a Blu-ray/DVD
Supplies for this project are: My template, JoAnn’s Vanilla Cardstock, patterned paper -Graphic 45’s Ladies’ Diary (Delicate Details both A & B
sides and Lasting Impressions A side), Tim Holtz Distress Ink-Vintage Photo,
Stampin Up Very Vanilla satin ribbon, a Martha Steward Doily punch, and some
fun foam to pop up the title.
Well thanks for stopping by and I hope this Mother’s Day was a great
one for you!
Joyce
